| A furnished room in a shared apartment for a suitable male is available for sublet in a student apartment (Ida aalbergine tie). Including you, there will be 3 persons. The room is about 12m2. Total space of the apartment is about 60m2 with a large common space. In addition, there are a shared kitchen, bathroom and a glazed balcony. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment is always kept clean. Rent is 350€/month and deposit is 350€ but negotiable. The rent includes electricity, water and internet. The room will be rented from 01.05.2019 onward. Shorter or longer period stay is possible and discussable. You will also get some incentives from me. This is one of the cheapest rooms one can find in such a good location in Helsinki. Prisma/Kaari shopping mall is in 12 min walking distance (of course buses go too) and Alepa and K-super market are in 5 min walking distance. There are free laundry (washing and drying), house gym, swimming pool and sauna. Many buses are at about 500m away and they go to centre/airport and it takes about 20 min to the city centre. Pohjois-Haaga railway station is about 1km away. Please ask for more information. PS: Smoking is allowed only in the balcony. No pets are allowed.
